Harry Kane Scores Two Left-Footed Goals As Bayern Munich Beat RB Leipzig

Harry Kane scored two goals - including a fine volleyed winner in the 91st minute - as Bayern Munich beat RB Leipzig 2-1 in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Both of Kane's goals came from shots using his weaker left foot.

The England captain has now netted 31 goals in 31 games for Bayern since moving to Germany from Tottenham Hotspur in August.

Bayern went into Saturday's contest at the Allianz Arena having lost three games in all competitions for the first time since 2015.

But Kane fired the home side in front in the 56th minute following a strong run by Jamal Musiala.

Benjamin Sesko drew Leipzig level 14 minutes later but Kane struck again 39 seconds into added time after a delicate chipped assist from Eric Choupo-Moting.

Saturday's win for Bayern came less than 24 hours after Bayer Leverkusen had beaten Mainz 2-1 to extend their unbeaten run to 33 games across all competitions.

Friday's victory saw Leverkusen open up an 11-point lead over Bayern in the Bundesliga title race.

That lead now stands at eight points with 11 rounds of Bundesliga fixtures still to play.
